Some people believe that older employees are useful for a company but other believes that modern younger employees are useful. Give your opinion. To what extent do you agree or disagree?
The performance of a company greatly depends on employee’s performance. To a certain extent, I have the same opinion that mature workers should be given more priorities in terms of achieving objectives for a company. However, I also think that modern young people play a powerful role in reaching target.
On the one hand, it is true that, older employees are those who have lots of experiences in an associated field. Also, they have a good knowledge about, what things to do and what not to in order to achieve the company’s goals and objectives. Considering this fact, participation of those on workplace can guide to an outstanding paramount success. For example, if elderly workers are kept in a company, then provision of an actionable piece of advice is obvious. Thus, older employees have had determining positive effects for a company companies.
On the other hand, young people are also crucial for the victory of business, owing to their significantly thinking capacity and bringing up with fresh ideas. Moreover, they are physically alert and lively, because of this, loss of precious workers for companies is meagre. As a result, they can wait for a long time in a company with a viewpoint of acquiring goals, which may be motivational and inspiring to coming new workers. For example, if a young people are occupied in job, their ideas of doing in a new pioneering way could be thriving for a company that strengthen their business. Therefore, modern young employees are powerful for companies.
In conclusion, I partially agree that combination of elder and younger workers should be kept in a company’s so that they can be given both actionable advice and novel ideas to meet target.
